Controlled Substance
If you are arrested for possession of any controlled substance (ie: marijuana, cocaine, or other illegal drugs) you need qualified legal representation immediately!
Do not give any statements until you have a qualified legal representative at your side. We will represent you at your arraignment to make sure bail is waived or reduced to lowest amount possible. We will represent you in all court appearances including hearings to suppress any evidence that was improperly obtained by the police.
